Our Return Policy
Our return policy is simple, we stand behind our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the guidelines below:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipping for a full refund minus shipping costs, with proof of purchase.
• Please notify us of your return and reason for return by email at sales@TheCelticJewelryStudio.com
• To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected we email you with notification that we received your returned item. We reserve the right to reject any return for any reason. When your return is approved your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund we issued, first check your bank account or credit card company, it may take sometime before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you’ve done the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@TheCelticJewelryStudio.com and we will look into the matter.
If the item received was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return minus shipping. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver who purchased the item.
When shipping back an item, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
